Senior Counsel, FERC Regulatory (Liquids Pipelines) Job Posting Location Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Senior Counsel, FERC Regulatory reports to a Managing Counsel in the Litigation, Employment, Environmental & Regulatory team. The role will collaborate with colleagues across a large corporate law department in a publicly traded, international energy company. Experience with FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) pipeline regulations is a must for this role, and experience with liquids pipelines is strongly preferred. Position is based in our Houston, TX corporate office. What You'll Do Providing Legal counsel, advice, and support to midstream business units subject to FERC regulation, particularly on issues where FERC regulation impacts commercial strategy. Delivering advice and training to midstream and commercial business units to ensure compliance with FERC Standards of Conduct. Advising on tariff filings and rate cases, including on carrier-side and shipper-side matters. Leading audit, enforcement, compliance, and investigative matters. Partnering with business units on PHMSA compliance issues and investigations. Driving and recommending course of action to Phillips 66 Midstream Leadership. Providing regulatory guidance, support, and counsel for expanding global Commercial Trading operations. Managing outside counsel resources effectively and efficiently. Working collaboratively with Government Affairs and various business units on public policy issues and rulemakings. Providing general Legal support to the P66
