Maintenance Supervisor, Rotating Equipment Job Posting Location Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Maintenance Supervisor, Rotating Equipment is responsible for leading a team of Rotating Equipment Technicians to ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective operations within a designated area. This role provides technical expertise and oversight across all aspects of rotating equipment - including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and the evaluation of new technologies and predictive maintenance tools. The Supervisor collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Projects, and Reliability teams to develop and manage long-range maintenance plans, capital and expense budgets, and critical spare strategies. Leaders at this level focus on setting clear direction, building trust, and helping their teams succeed. You're expected to act with integrity, make timely and thoughtful decisions, and take ownership of outcomes while supporting collaboration across teams. This role is about leading people well, even when priorities change or the path forward isn't always clear.
