Supervisor, Operations Systems - EMS Advanced Applications Rocklin DCC/GCC Requisition ID # 172750 Job Category: Job Category Maintenance / Construction / Operations Job Level: Job Level Supervisor Business Unit: Energy Delivery Work Type: Job Location: Job Location Rocklin Summary: The Supervisor, EMS Advanced Applications is responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of engineers and technology experts as they provide high quality situational awareness and power system analytical tools to Operators and Dispatchers who safely, reliably, and efficiently manage one of the largest and most complex transmission grids in North America. The Supervisor will be an EMS advanced applications subject matter expert and will continue to contribute technically on projects and day-to-day activities. This role is responsible for key components of a 24x7x365 utilized system and must be ready to support the entire EMS team in resolving issues and maintaining a high level of quality and availability of the EMS and the Advanced Applications used by PG&E. The selected candidate must live within PG&E's service territory and will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week (sometimes four days, depending on business needs) PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting.
