Description Overview The Reliability Engineer is the Champion of the Total Reliability Management Process. The person will be facilitating the strategic development and implementation of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes to continuously improve equipment reliability, as well as the tactical support for the facility using reliability methodologies to troubleshoot and determine root causes of failure to eliminate unexpected failures. This position is for a engineer with effective communication who has high energy and motivation. It is a high visibility and growing role within the organization, with the expectation that it will guide the implementation of the Total Reliability Management Process in the Perrigo Wisconsin facility.
