Description Overview In this role you will join the production management team who manages a team of operators (typically 10-20 people, occasionally more on a temporary basis) who are responsible for the activities of a group of production lines in manufacturing or packing. Other reports include Line Coordinators, in the case of packing, and Tool Room Technicians, in the case of manufacturing. The day-to-day activities include achieving safety, quality, volume, cost, and behavioural expectations of the team with timely escalation of deviations where required.
