Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Sales - DACH Munich, Germany Pendo is hiring a Senior Account Executive for our Enterprise Sales team in Munich, Germany to drive new business across our largest DACH Accounts and Dax 40 prospect accounts. This role is built for high-performing enterprise sellers with a proven track record of closing $500K-$1M+ SaaS deals in start-up or high-growth environments. You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, selling cutting-edge Data & Analytics solutions powered by AI-backed by exciting product innovation and momentum at Pendo-while accelerating growth in one of our most strategic segments. Key Responsibilities - Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendo's most strategic segment - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close - Consistently deliver $500K-$1M+ SaaS deals - Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers - Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans - Position Pendo's AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation - Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts - Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Experience & Requirements - Passion for AI and Technology - you'll be someone who embraces AI in and out of work, and a curiosity for AI and the role it is playing in all that we do - Strong track record of closing $500K-$1M+ enterprise SaaS deals across DACH - Experience selling into large, complex, matrix organisations - Background in Data, Analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions - Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
