Director, Strategy and Operations New York, New York ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is undergoing a pivotal transformation in how Enterprise Technology (ET) operates-moving beyond "keeping the lights on" to becoming a trusted, strategic partner that enables the business to move faster, smarter, and more securely. As the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will be the primary engine driving this transformation. You will act as the "Chief of Staff" for the CIO organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. You will be responsible for maturing our operating model, establishing a unified technology fabric, and ensuring that our "Top 25" initiatives-from AI-powered innovation to global supply chain tech-are delivered with excellence. You will be at the forefront of Peloton's digital future. This role gives you the authority to reshape our internal operating model, ensuring that our foundation is as high-performance and innovative as the products we deliver to our members. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON - Lead the Enterprise Technology Program Management Office (ETPMO) to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will track deliverables across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution - Build and manage the ET Monthly Business Review (MBR) process. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to spend, system stability, technical debt reduction, and team productivity - Partner with the CIO and ET leadership to develop and maintain the Enterprise Tech Roadmap.
