Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Hubspot Systems Seattle, New York City, Boston, or Remote, United States The Opportunity As Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Systems, you'll power Pearl Health's commercial engine end-to-end-owning the systems, processes, and insights that drive growth from pipeline through long-term customer success, including territory planning, forecasting, contracting, and onboarding. You'll go beyond traditional RevOps to connect Growth and Customer Success, building the infrastructure that enables smarter, faster execution across both pre- and post-sale. With broad scope and high ownership, you'll partner cross-functionally to design and scale the systems that fuel our next phase of growth.
