Project Manager, Growth Operations - Contract Seattle, New York City, Boston, or Remote, United States The Opportunity This 4-month contract role owns end-to-end Growth contracting operations during the peak May-September period, supporting 100+ new and renewal contracts. It's a hands-on execution role managing parallel workflows, partnering across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations, and working directly in CRM/CLM systems. You'll serve as the operational hub for the contracting pipeline during the highest-volume season. What You'll Do Contract Review, Redlines & Signature - Review outgoing contracts for completeness and accuracy prior to send - Coordinate redline reviews between Growth, Legal, and counterparties, including managed version control, track open issues, and ensure the right stakeholders are looped at each stage - Send finalized contracts for signature and track execution status through close - Report out on contract process Negotiation Escalations & Legal Coordination - Serve as the operational point of contact for contracts requiring escalation, including
