About this role

Product Manager -Data Platform San Francisco, NYC, Boston, or Remote, San Francisco, California, United States The Opportunity As a Product Manager on Pearl Health's Data Platform team, you will help build and maintain the infrastructure that every engineering team at Pearl depends on. The platform processes healthcare claims, clinical signals, and vendor data at scale. When the platform works well, teams across Analytics, Operations, and Engineering move faster and with more confidence. You will own day-to-day product operations for our data platform team: writing specs, managing the backlog, running sprint ceremonies, and coordinating with cross-functional partners. Your work will directly support initiatives in developer enablement, data quality, security controls, and ingestion tracking. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their product career who wants to learn fast, work on real infrastructure problems, and grow into a stronger PM. You will report directly to an experienced product leader, work closely with senior engineers, and see the results of your work in production. Who we are… Pearl Health powers the future of healthcare. We help primary care providers and organizations deliver quality care to patients who need it most, when they need it most, and get rewarded for keeping patients healthy. Our technology, services, and financial tools enable better, more proactive care. We decrease total cost of care across patient panels and optimize performance in value-based care models for Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage. We are a team of physicians, public health experts, technologists, healthcare innovators, and experienced risk management
