Role Summary The Corporate Counsel will provide governance and corporate legal advice for all subsidiaries of the global Payoneer Workforce Management Group throughout Europe. This role works closely with global Corporate Secretarial colleagues, senior stakeholders and cross functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure robust legal entity management and effective board governance. What You'll Do · Ensure regulatory and legal compliance throughout each entity life cycle, such as maintaining accurate statutory registers and records, as well as timely filing of financial statements, annual returns, accounts, director changes and other related corporate maintenance matters. · Maintain and obtain corporate documents such as incorporation certificates, articles of association, by-laws, certificate of good standing and other relevant documents required by law in each jurisdiction. · Ensure consistent oversight and prompt renewal of all business licenses, permits, and real estate/workplace related registrations with the relevant authorities. · Support review of the group's
