About the role: We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to join our global design team. This role will design end-to-end experiences within our payment products ecosystem, ensuring they are intuitive, innovative, delightful, and aligned with our customers' needs. What you'll be spending your time on: - Lead the design of complex financial technology products, ensuring they are user-friendly, effective, and align ed with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, business, and marketing, to create holistic design solutions. - Lead all design related activities for a specific domain (Design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations, etc.) - Conduct user research and usability studies to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. - Translate research findings into design decisions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the end-user in all design discussions. - Work closely with the
