Role Overview - We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Commission Operations Manager to support the operational backbone of our global commission processes. - This role will be responsible for managing commission cycle operations, data workflows, process coordination, and supporting ongoing improvements to our commission infrastructure across Power BI and Office Suite and Salesforce. - The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail, operational discipline, basic systems understanding, and structured execution to ensure our commission processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time across ~350 employees globally.
