The APAC Regulatory Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and strategy for the significant regulatory matters for Payoneer across the Asia-Pacific region. The role will also support regulatory initiatives in the Middle East as part of Payoneer's global regulatory strategy. The position is based in Singapore and will report to the Senior Director, Regulatory Counsel - APAC in Singapore. Singapore | Hybrid | Full time What you'll do - Providing legal advice to assist Payoneer in the evaluation and management of significant and complex payments and financial services industry regulatory matters across APAC jurisdictions, with additional support for the Middle East region - Supporting the regional Compliance teams in building and maintaining good working relationships with regulators - Supporting regulatory licensing, authorisation, and supervisory matters, including preparation for and engagement with regulators in connection with licence applications - Researching, analyzing and determining effects of quickly evolving
