The Finance Team is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing FinTech Company. The Accounting Manager will lead the Company's month-end closing process. The ideal candidate is process driven, technically sound and a great team player and coach. As an Accounting Manager, you'll get to: - Lead the monthly, quarterly and financial closing process - Manage and lead members of our growing accounting team - Supervise the daily accounting operations - Work with the internal team to successfully execute the external audits - Ensure compliance with GAAP and international statutory reporting requirements - Review reconciliations, work papers and supporting schedules to ensure they are prepared with high quality - Guide the team in the development, implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls - Aid in the development and implementation of new or enhanced, scalable processes to support the company's growth, and drive continuous improvement - Enable the Company to meet internal and external reporting requirements -
