About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Parloa, you'll play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth plans across the U.S. and beyond. You'll operate at the heart of our growth engine, driving hiring with speed, focus and consistency. This role is built for someone who enjoys execution, thrives in fast-moving environments and takes ownership of delivering strong hiring outcomes. You won't just fill roles, you'll help us scale the team that's building the future of AI-driven customer experience. Areas of ownership: - Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Product roles, with a focus on building high-talent-density teams at scale - Partner closely with hiring managers to move searches forward quickly, aligning on priorities, profiles, and decision making - Build and maintain high-quality, high-volume pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and targeted outreach - Deliver against key recruiting metrics, including retention, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and offer acceptance rate - Operate with urgency , balancing speed and quality
