Overview: The Vice President, Industrial Relations is responsible for supporting the development and execution of industrial relations strategies and ensuring the effective administration of collective bargaining agreements. This role provides guidance to production and studio leadership on labor relations matters, manages grievance processes, and works closely with union representatives to maintain productive working relationships. The VP serves as a key operational leader within the Industrial Relations team, partnering with senior leadership to support negotiations, ensure contractual compliance, and facilitate cost-effective production operations.
