The Senior Manager, Distribution Operations will play a key role within Paramount's U.S. Distribution Operations team, leading business-side execution and day-to-day management across critical functions including CBS Broadcast, streaming operations, cable network signal distribution, VOD, and advertising workflows. This role requires a strong business-oriented operator who can effectively translate between commercial, operational, and technical teams. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex distribution environments while partnering cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuity across platforms. The Senior Manager will flex across key areas of Distribution Operations based on business priorities and team needs, with scope tailored to the individual's experience and strengths.
