Overview Paramount+ is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations to join our team in New York! This position is the central operator of a purpose-built Airtable operating system that runs the company's end-to-end business operations - from budget planning and vendor onboarding to invoice tracking, task management, and cross-functional intake. This is not a coordination role. It is an execution role. This person owns the system, enforces the process, and drives the work. They sit at the intersection of Finance, Legal, Creative, and external vendors - and are accountable for the operational integrity of everything that moves through it. They are the air traffic controller: routing, escalating, tracking, and closing. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with direct experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and workflow systems.
