DESCRIPTION OF THE DEPARTMENT Channel Operations is responsible for transforming brand strategies from Paramount's brand organization into seamless, automated transmission schedules. This department ensures that all on-air content is legally compliant, editorially sound, and technically flawless. Core responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, creating engaging channel flows, managing live broadcasts, and acting as the final checkpoint before content reaches our viewers. The team also monitors service performance and escalates issues when needed.
