Overview: Paramount Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Governance Manager. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Information Governance and eDiscovery team, ensuring the compliance of our organization's electronic and physical information. This role will require close collaboration with legal professionals, IT staff, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support and update existing information governance processes and workflows that are currently in place; make recommendations to maximize compliance with the Company's retention policies. Conduct periodic reviews of retention policy with vendors and outside counsel to maintain up-to-date retention guidelines. Provide information governance and retention guidance when necessary to IT, business users, Information Security, Data Privacy, and other professionals as needed.
