Overview The Insights Director is tasked with analyzing subscriber behavior, content performance, and platform trends to inform strategic decision-making for a global streaming business. This role combines advanced analytics, business intelligence, and strategic storytelling to evaluate performance across acquisition, retention, and overall subscriber health. This is a full-time, in-office position in New York. Responsibilities: Analyze streaming performance across regions, platforms, and content, including subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics. Develop and maintain recurring business reviews that communicate key performance trends and opportunities for leadership. Evaluate content and platform performance to understand content, release strategies, and impact overall business performance.
