This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to members of the Business Affairs team for Paramount Television Studios. This role ensures the smooth functioning of a bi-coastal team that includes a SVP, VP and Counsel by managing schedules, coordinating communications between internal departments and external key collaborators, and assisting with legal and business documentation in a professional manner at all times. Responsibilities • Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate communications across varying internal departments and external partners. • Screen and respond to calls/emails; draft, review, and manage correspondences, including memos and meeting agendas. • Schedule internal and external meetings, including with agents and external legal teams. • Support BA team in strategic priorities and monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve schedu
