The ideal candidate is a great communicator, has current experience directing in active breaking news environments, has strong organizational skills and can break out of the mold of a coded newscast and pivot to breaking news when the moment happens. As an ELC director you'll be working with show producers creating dynamic visual newscasts in a virtual space You'll be verbally calling the shots as the anchor works the virtual studio environment with the jib camera following along as you trigger augmented reality objects to help enhance the storytelling.
