The Role We're looking for a Head of Content to lead Paddle's editorial direction and narrative consistency across the business. This role combines editorial leadership, narrative ownership, and operational discipline. You will define how we tell our story across long-form thought leadership, flagship reports, campaign content, executive messaging, and customer storytelling - ensuring every asset ladders up to our brand, category positioning, and commercial priorities. You will lead and mentor a team of writers, set standards for quality and tone, and build the systems that make great content scalable and measurable. You'll partner closely with Creative, Communications, Product Marketing, and Demand to ensure message coherence across channels and moments that matter.
