About this role

Sr TPM Specialist Tallmadge, OH The Sr. TPM Specialist is responsible for the ownership, deployment, and advancement of the site TPM operating system, supporting the plant in achieving zero loss (Zero Injury, Zero Defect, Zero Breakdown, Zero Waste). This role enables TPM as the way the plant operates by combining system ownership, capability building, and cross-functional influence, while partnering closely with the Plant Leadership Team (NLT), Regional TPM Leaders, and pillar teams. The Sr. TPM Specialist leads and sustains the TPM Masterplan, governance, and routines while driving loss elimination through structured problem solving and data-driven insights. This role also builds plant capability through coaching, facilitation, and training, and influences decisions across Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership to advance TPM maturity.
