As Fulfillment & Inventory Officer, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our customers receive world-class service and our operations run seamlessly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ORDER FULFILLMENT - Own the end-to-end order process: from receipt to delivery. - Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch. - Track shipments and keep systems updated with real-time status. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT -  Monitor stock levels and trigger restocking proactively. -  Maintain accurate records of movements, returns, and damaged goods. -  Lead periodic audits to guarantee accuracy and reliability. CUSTOMER & PARTNER LIAISON - Be the go-to contact for customers on fulfillment and delivery. - Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
