We're looking for an Engineering Program Manager to join our global Hardware PMO team. We are particularly interested in candidates located on the West Coast to support regular collaboration with our San Francisco and San Diego team (1+ trip per month). The role will also include global travel to contract manufacturers and other Oura offices as needed. What you will do: - Coordinate and lead the work of hardware engineering teams: electrical, mechanical, firmware, system test and hardware compliance. - Lead the engineering team to identify team level milestones and deliverables (against Program level targets) identifying the critical path and dependencies within engineering teams and between engineering and other teams such as Product, Industrial Design, Science, Software and Supply Chain. - Scope work and
