We are looking for a Staff Product Manager - Member Understanding & Intelligence to join this team. This is a Staff-level individual contributor role with strategic ownership of member understanding and intelligence capabilities. You will drive strategy independently and be relied upon to make high-impact decisions with minimal oversight. You will work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership on the strategy for Oura's personalization platform, and you will often be the person connecting company-level goals to concrete roadmaps.
