We are looking for a Senior Technical Accounting Manager with strong technical accounting skills, who is a great collaborator, and is passionate about delivering quality results and driving continual improvement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role will report to the Director of Financial Reporting and provide technical accounting guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions as well as play a key role in understanding and adopting new accounting standards. The role will partner with cross-functional team leads including revenue accounting, corporate accounting, corporate development, legal, finance, treasury and other subject matter experts and leaders within the Company. Your role: - Work cross-functionally on contemplated business transactions to ensure accounting issues are identified, resolved, and documented in high-quality technical memos. - Own the development of technical accounting memoranda and accounting policies
