We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Payroll to lead, optimize, and scale our global payroll function in support of the company's continuing growth and international expansion. This role acts as the primary internal subject matter expert on multi-channel, multi-region payroll execution, compliance, and systems integration. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in enterprise system configuration, public company controls, and cross-functional partnership. What you will do: - Lead Global Payroll Operations: Own and scale the end-to-end processing of multi-entity global payrolls, ensuring absolute accuracy, compliance with localized tax laws, and timely execution. - System Administration & Optimization: Act as the primary business owner for our core payroll systems, specifically focusing on the configuration, data integrity, reporting, and automated workflows within Workday Payroll. - Lead Migration and Transformation
