We are seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the Company's financial reporting function as the business continues to grow and operational complexity increases. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting , this role will support the preparation of high-quality financial statements and disclosures, drive reporting process maturity, and help build a scalable, well-controlled financial reporting environment. This position will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across the organization while supporting audit execution, internal controls, and public-company readiness initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end preparation, drafting, and compilation of quarterly (Form 10-Q) and annual (Form 10-K) financial statements, including complex footnotes, disclosures, and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A). - Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and disclosures to support
