This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco requiring 3 days per week in the office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist, Retail Operations to support our Retail Logistics team across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. This role will primarily focus on retail execution while supporting broader omni-channel logistics and order management initiatives as needed. This individual will help manage the full retail lifecycle - from purchase order management through routing, distribution, compliance, delivery performance, chargeback mitigation, and returns. They will also own KPI tracking and performance improvement for assigned retailer partners. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced retail environments, takes strong ownership, and approaches logistics with a systems- and AI-first mindset.
