About the role We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the Data Quality program, a critical initiative to build a scalable, governed, and reliable data platform across the company. You'll partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams to eliminate customer-facing data errors, reduce manual QA, and establish a single source of truth for metrics. In this role, you'll lead the Data Governance Council (DGC), a cross-functional body responsible for setting and enforcing data governance standards. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans and knows when to drive alignment versus when to let teams execute. What you'll do - Own and drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces. - Steer program direction by proactively identifying risks and dependencies, driving alignment
