We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. What you'll do - Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions. - Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities. - Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions. - Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization - Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.
