We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. What you'll do - Act as the primary finance partner to Otter, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management. - Work closely with business leaders and the CFO, you'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform growth, drive efficiency, and guide capital allocation. - Lead budgeting and long-range planning, build and own best-in-class financial models, and evaluate critical initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure. You'll track performance against KPIs, identify the underlying drivers of variance, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of your business unit. - Partner closely with operations, product, and go-to-market teams, you'll guide decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization, ensuring capital is deployed with discipline and aligned to the company's highest-impact priorities. What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in a STEM or highly analytical field. - 3-6 years
