We believe in the joy of serving others, and that's why we created Otter - to help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery. Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry's, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. About the role As a key member of our PMO team, you will drive complex projects from initiation to successful delivery with minimal oversight, requiring only periodic guidance from a manager. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of execution and strategy-independently scoping projects, designing custom methodologies, and building the infrastructure needed to scale. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and senior leaders, applying both technical and business knowledge to shape product direction, simplify processes, and ensure our initiatives perfectly align with organizational goals. If you are a proactive leader who thrives on translating ambiguous business problems into actionable strategies, this is the place for you. What you'll do - Independently design, scope, and run projects from initiation to delivery with limited revisions required, managing schedule, resources, and scope along the way. - Establish
