Sr. Principal Corporate Architecture Technology Analyst Seattle, WA, United States, US Department Description: Oracle Corporate Architecture ** This position is based in Seattle, WA or Nashville, TN ** At Oracle, Corporate Architecture sits at the intersection of technology, legal, and business, helping guide high-impact decisions across our product and services portfolio. We're looking for a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to help lead that work as a true change agent across the company. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in complexity, can influence across organizations, and knows how to turn policy into practical, scalable execution. You will help drive Oracle's approach to open source, AI enablement, third-party APIs, and inbound third-party contracts, partnering across engineering, product, legal, security, and business teams. Position Overview What you'll do: Lead strategic, cross-functional programs that improve how Oracle governs and enables third-party technology across products and services Drive scalable processes and tooling for areas such as third-party approvals, code scanning, software bills of materials, AI tracking, and contract workflows Partner with stakeholders across engineering, legal, security, and product to support compliant, practical adoption of open source, AI, APIs, cloud services, data, and other third-party technologies Review and guide decisions involving inbound commercial agreements, third-party software and services, source code access, data use, and AI-related use cases Help identify risk, close compliance gaps, and create durable frameworks that balance innovation with security, licensing, IP, and business considerations Shape and communicate policy in a way that can be adopted consistently across a large,
