This role operates at the center of large-scale infrastructure delivery, driving execution across highly complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep expertise in data center buildouts, infrastructure coordination, and executive-level program leadership. Responsibilities: Operate as a mission critical delivery leader to resolve high-priority, high-risk program challenges Identify and remove bottlenecks to accelerate delivery timelines Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, networking, and operations Establish program governance, risk management frameworks, and reporting mechanisms Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders Ensure alignment with OCI's global expansion and capacity planning strategies Qualifications: 10+ years of technical program management experience Proven experience leading large-scale data center or infrastructure programs Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Executive communication and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and hardware deployment Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution
