As a key member of the organization, you'll partner closely with Product Management, AI Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to evolve the reimbursement product roadmap while delivering highly scalable, reliable, and intelligent healthcare solutions. Why This Role Matters The Reimbursement platform is a mission-critical component of Oracle Health's healthcare ecosystem, directly impacting healthcare organizations' financial and operational performance. In this role, you will: Lead a globally distributed engineering team responsible for both product development and production support. Drive the evolution of the reimbursement product roadmap, influencing future functionality, platform modernization, and customer value. Partner closely with AI Agent and Data Science teams to develop intelligent automation, agentic workflows, conversational AI capabilities, and next-generation reimbursement solutions. Help modernize healthcare operations through cloud-native architectures and AI-powered innovation. Own engineering accountability across the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development through operational support and customer success. Build and scale highly available cloud services that support healthcare organizations around the globe.
