About this role

Principal TPM PETACH TIKVA, Israel, IL As a Technical Program Manager on the OCI Region Build team, you will be responsible for analyzing and delivering upon any of the requirements that are needed to fulfill commitments to meet our Public Sector clients' business objectives. You will: Develop business case analysis to both outline an issue and recommend a solution based on limited amount of data. Act as the liaison between Engineering, Security, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other cross-functional teams on complex efforts to meet customer needs. Analyze product and project requirements to ensure requirements and goals are met. Work with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements to create quality business and technical documentation for internal and external use. Develop standards and protocols with team members for project documentation. Partner with program and product managers to create regular reporting documentation on relevant issues to drive towards successful resolution before risks turn to roadblocks. Interface with customers to discuss detailed requirements, engage appropriate stakeholders, and execute delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Experience analyzing business data, identifying gaps, and taking action to bridge those gaps. Superlative written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills, with background in supporting both product development and sales/marketing team documentation. Experience in documenting and analyzing current and future state process flow, actors and how job functions may be combined or segregated.
