Job Summary: The Subject Matter Expert - Community Operations serves as a trusted advisor to prospective and current customers as well as internal OpenGov teams. The Subject Matter Expert leverages technical and subject matter expertise to guide clients through product evaluations and business value demonstrations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt solutions and resolve customer challenges. The Subject Matter Expert works independently on varied and complex assignments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
