The role We are looking for our first recruiter. It is not a volume role. It is a talent strategy role for someone who believes, as we do, that a single extraordinary hire can change the trajectory of a company, and who wants to personally find and close that hire. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, coordination, and closing. You will build the systems and processes that define how OpenEvidence attracts world-class engineers and scientists.
