About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced workplace professional to support employee engagement and operational collaboration. This is an extremely collaborative role that is pivotal to ensuring our employees work in the best facilities possible with an ever-changing environment.This role reports to the AMERs Sr. Workplace Manager within the Workplace Operations org and involves close collaboration across various REW pillars and other cross-functional partners including Leasing, Workplace Experience, Global Food Programs, Executive Business Partners, Corporate Security, IT, and other external partners. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with the requirement of being in the office 5 days per week . Relocation assistance is available for new hires. In this role, you will: - Own and run workplace programs end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and a consistently positive employee experience. - Communicate workplace-related updates and concerns clearly and proactively to employees, acting as a trusted and approachable point of contact.
