About this role
Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement San Francisco, California, United States About the Team OpenAI Finance ensures the organization is positioned for long-term success as we pursue our mission. The Revenue team plays a critical role in enabling OpenAI to scale its commercial offerings - overseeing billing operations, deal desk, revenue systems, and revenue accounting. We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to support new monetization strategies, improve operational efficiency, and maintain financial integrity as the business grows. About the Role As OpenAI scales monetization across self-serve, enterprise, partnerships, ads, and emerging business models, we need a strong operator to represent Revenue requirements throughout product and systems development. This role will sit at the center of Finance, Revenue Operations, and Business Platform teams to ensure revenue capabilities are designed, tested, and launched in a scalable and controlled way. This role will serve as the business-side owner for Revenue requirements, translating accounting, operational, billing, reporting, and controls needs into actionable requirements across Business Platform and Transformation teams. This person will drive process design, launch readiness, UAT, and continuous improvement across quote-to-cash and revenue operations workflows. This is an ideal role for someone who combines revenue domain expertise, operational judgment, structured problem solving, and strong cross-functional influence.
