In pursuit of this mission, our Enterprise Platform team is responsible for enabling our Sales teams as they help customers deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible. About the role Our GTM team exists to help customers understand the transformational potential of OpenAI's models, and we believe our own systems should reflect that same intelligence. We're looking for a Salesforce Engineer to partner with Growth, Marketing, and Sales to build systems that power customer engagement, lifecycle activation, and pipeline creation-supported by strong data enrichment and orchestration across the GTM stack. The primary charter of this role is lead management, sales and marketing engagement workflows, and the enrichment and orchestration of customer data across multiple sources-ensuring Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems are powered by accurate, actionable data to support pipeline creation at scale.
