About the Role: As Regulatory & Corporate Counsel at Ooma, you will provide legal guidance and support across a broad range of corporate matters, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance, privacy, consumer protection, and emerging technology issues, including artificial intelligence. This role requires strong expertise in data privacy, AI governance, regulatory analysis, and complex commercial transactions. You will partner closely with teams across the organization to navigate evolving legal requirements, manage risk, and develop practical solutions that support innovation and business growth.
