As a key technical resource within the DCX team, you'll bring customer journeys to life through backend configuration, integrations, and automation, empowering a seamless, self-service experience at scale. This role bridges engineering, digital strategy, and customer enablement. You'll work closely with UX, Ops, and Product teams to rapidly deploy platform enhancements and backend improvements that fuel adoption and engagement. Key Responsibilities Development & Implementation - Build, configure, and maintain features and integrations in the digital platforms. - Develop, test, and document solutions within Salesforce using both declarative and coded functionality - Maintain existing Apex
