Role Overview Lead-level role owning QA execution and release quality for ongoing releases, providing data-driven quality status, metrics, and release readiness recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Own QA execution and quality for ongoing releases - Design complex test strategies and failure scenarios - Analyze complex issues across Linux, AWS, and container platforms - Drive sanity, regression, and end-to-end testing across teams - Lead database testing for consistency and edge cases - Define and report QA metrics for release readiness - Guide and mentor QA team members - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Release teams - Communicate release readiness, risks, and go/no-go recommendations Required Qualifications: - 6-8 years of Functional QA experience - Proven QA Lead or release ownership experience - Strong understanding of QA metrics and reporting - Hands-on experience across web, mobile, API, DB, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes - Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills - Experience using AI-based productivity tools #LI-Onsite
