Summary: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely client projects. The Implementation Specialist will bring all projects assigned through the lifecycle with a focus on speed, quality, and client satisfaction at the helm and will have a comprehensive understanding of Onbe's product suite and a passion for setting clients up for success. This role will collaborate across departments to drive process improvement and best practices that position Onbe as a leader in the industry. This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role. Responsibilities: • Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations; deliver programs accurately, and within agreed-upon timelines. • Serve as single point of contact for all change orders, escalations on existing client program base. • Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and client needs. • Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements. • Maintain accurate project status
